Device verification
For phones, dial *#06# on your keypad to display your IMEI instantly. For laptops and other gadgets, look for a printed string of numbers and letters on the bottom casing, original box, or under the system settings menu.
Do not buy it. If you already own it, contact local authorities or the platform where you purchased it to report the fraudulent seller.
Gadget insurance
Log into your Simuplace dashboard, click "My Policies," select the affected device, and hit "File a Claim." Upload a brief description and a photo or police report (for theft), and our claims team will process it within 24 to 48 hours.
Your coverage begins immediately once your first premium payment is processed and your device condition is digitally verified through our app.
Marketplace
Sellers cannot list an item without providing a valid IMEI/Serial number that passes our background checks. Furthermore, we hold payments in a secure escrow system until you receive the device and verify it matches the listing.
