Device verification

  • For phones, dial *#06# on your keypad to display your IMEI instantly. For laptops and other gadgets, look for a printed string of numbers and letters on the bottom casing, original box, or under the system settings menu.

  • Do not buy it. If you already own it, contact local authorities or the platform where you purchased it to report the fraudulent seller.

Gadget insurance

  • Log into your Simuplace dashboard, click "My Policies," select the affected device, and hit "File a Claim." Upload a brief description and a photo or police report (for theft), and our claims team will process it within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Your coverage begins immediately once your first premium payment is processed and your device condition is digitally verified through our app.

Marketplace

  • Sellers cannot list an item without providing a valid IMEI/Serial number that passes our background checks. Furthermore, we hold payments in a secure escrow system until you receive the device and verify it matches the listing.
